6.3 Web RCS top Menu
Once connected this screen will appear:
- Verify that you are using the correct network cable and that it is free from defects. (Crossover or straight
cable as required.)
- Check the IP address of your control computer. It must have a unique IP address on the same network as
your LiveCore™ unit.
- You may need to temporarily disable any other networks on the computer, such as turning o the wi
connecon
- Refresh your Web RCS
- Restart your browser
Once your computer has established connecon, the RCS control panel will begin to load, and will begin to
synchronize with the device. When the small “Sync” icon at the boom right of the display has turned green,
the Web RCS soware is ready to use.
6.3 Web RCS top Menu
The Setup page is where you will review and modify the device conguraon, such as output resoluons,
input sengs, backup and restore opons, and more
The Edit mode is the place where you will manage preset creaon. You will make input selecons, manage
your inputs, adjust the layer aributes such as size, posion, eect, etc… You can save all your screen
conguraons into presets, as well as review and recall them on each individual screen. The EDIT screen can
display and edit one screen at a me.
The Live mode is the secon where you will operate your show. You can quickly recall presets or make input
selecons, as well as setup a sequence of presets that can run connuously with custom duraons, or wait
for user interacon. The LIVE screen will allow you to access and control presets on all screens at the same
me.

Some computers use an energy saving mode that turns o the network adaptor during periods
of inacvity. To avoid the inconvenience of reconnecng the soware during use, please ensure
your network adaptor remains acve by disabling the energy saving mode.
