6.3 Web RCS top Menu
Once connected this screen will appear:

- Verify that you are using the correct network cable and that it is free from defects. (Crossover or straight
cable as required.)
- Check the IP address of your control computer. It must have a unique IP address on the same network as
your LiveCore™ unit.
- You may need to temporarily disable any other networks on the computer, such as turning o the wi
connecon
- Refresh your Web RCS
- Restart your browser
Once your computer has established connecon, the RCS control panel will begin to load, and will begin to
synchronize with the device. When the small “Sync” icon at the boom right of the display has turned green,
the Web RCS soware is ready to use.
6.3 Web RCS top Menu
The Setup page is where you will review and modify the device conguraon, such as output resoluons,
input sengs, backup and restore opons, and more
The Edit mode is the place where you will manage preset creaon. You will make input selecons, manage
your inputs, adjust the layer aributes such as size, posion, eect, etc… You can save all your screen
conguraons into presets, as well as review and recall them on each individual screen. The EDIT screen can
display and edit one screen at a me.
The Live mode is the secon where you will operate your show. You can quickly recall presets or make input
selecons, as well as setup a sequence of presets that can run connuously with custom duraons, or wait
for user interacon. The LIVE screen will allow you to access and control presets on all screens at the same
me.

Some computers use an energy saving mode that turns o the network adaptor during periods
of inacvity. To avoid the inconvenience of reconnecng the soware during use, please ensure
your network adaptor remains acve by disabling the energy saving mode.
